WHAT IS ADAPTIVE MOTOCROSS?
Adaptive motocross riding is the practice of participating in off-road vehicle racing with modifications tailored to accommodate individuals with physical disabilities or limitations. This may involve specialized vehicles with hand controls or modified foot controls, as well as the use of prosthetic devices or customized protective gear. Riders receive specialized training to adapt their techniques to their specific abilities, and they often receive support from the motocross community. Adaptive motocross enables individuals with disabilities to experience the excitement and challenge of motocross while showcasing their skills and determination in an inclusive environment.
